Leagues at Soldiers Field

Women's League
Members of the Soldiers Field Women’s Golf Association have created golf memories for more than fifty years. Always well organized, Association golfers play weekly events on Wednesday mornings throughout the golf season. A variety of fun and competitive scoring formats are used, and Association players have the option of playing nine or eighteen holes. League dues are $60 and include a USGA golf handicap. New Members are always welcome and can register at the Icebreaker or by contacting one of the officers listed in the schedule below.
Senior League
This is a 9-hole league that plays on Thursday mornings, 7:30am-10:30am (approximate), and allows golfers to play the front nine or back nine. $50 annual fee to join the league, with weekly chit payouts for the golf shop, carts, or green fees. Many different formats are used over the season, as well as a Club Championship to end the year. Must be 62 or older to join the league.
Men's Club
This leagues has weekly and monthly events throughout the season. Weekly play is 9-holes, and can be played anytime on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Once a month, 18-hole shotguns are held on Sunday mornings. Play consists of several formats, individual and team games. The fee is $80 to join the league (covers USGA handicap and monthly events). Weekly play is $3 each week.
Spark League
Spark Golf leagues are 9-hole, social golf leagues that are played under a relaxed set of rules to make the experience casual and fun with a touch of friendly competition. This league plays on Thursday evenings, beginning April 17th. All registration and sign-ups are done online.
